A little about me…

Hi, I’m Molly, thank you for taking the time to have a look around my website. Here’s a brief introduction to what has led to me becoming a psychotherapeutic counsellor.

Throughout my career I have worked with adults and young people who have experienced a wide range of difficulties and challenges, in a number of settings: from care homes, to educational and health settings, as well as charities.

In those roles, I gained an appreciation for how our life experiences can shape us; from being overwhelmed by everyday things that simply occur through to surviving traumatic experiences.

Much of this work is what inspired me to become a counsellor.

I have seen first hand that everyone, from any walk of life, can benefit from being supported to explore and overcome the issues they are experiencing. Having followed this passion, I now deliver counselling sessions to support people in achieving this.
